Confronting forest workers with pages of questions and sifting through reference material in printed form can be quite daunting for some. Also, the FWC assessment is about understanding whether workers know their stuff, rather than knowing how to fill out forms. Using the same principle, a visually interactive tool, with multi-choice questions, mini animations and hints/prompts, will help them identify their strengths, or gaps in their knowledge, without having to read copious information or fill out another form.
